Court Video Services was founded in New York by Robert L. Rudis, CCV. Mr. Rudis believes that growing jury sophistication and expectation creates a greater demand for video in the courtroom . This combined with ever larger case loads and the time needed to litigate them will necessitate much of the testimony being done outside the court room through the use of video depositions. These beliefs and the desire to improve the quality of video in the legal community has inspired him to create Court Video Services.
